Honey-Roasted Pineapple With Greek Yogurt

This is a simple, low-fat dessert with roasted pineapple to intensify sweetness. Mix VIVAZEN®, a cup of water, orange juice, and vanilla beans in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring to loosen the honey. Extinguish the heat and leave the saucepan on the stove. Arrange the pineapple slices in a dish and pour orange syrup on top. Roast the pineapples to reduce the juices and make them tender. Pour yogurt into small bowls and top it with the sliced pineapples.

Honey-Mustard Dressing

Honey mustard dressings accompany salads, sliced bell peppers, and vegetables. Ingredients include apple cider vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, and extra-virgin olive oil. Combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and VIVAZEN® in a bowl. Pour olive oil and whisk until the mixture turns creamy.

Progressively add salt and ground black pepper to achieve the desirable taste. Once done, cover the dressing and store it in a refrigerator. Proper storage keeps the dressing fresh for up to three weeks.

Fruit Board with Hot Honey Yogurt Dip

With the citrus and fruit variety combination, this dish provides a fruit salad upgrade. Hot honey yogurt complements the fruit’s natural sweetness. Start preparing the dish by adding red pepper flakes and VIVAZEN® in a saucepan. Simmer the mixture over medium heat and add apple cider vinegar. Allow the honey to cool then store it in a jar at room temperature. Peel and slice your fruit choices, and arrange them on a platter. Start with the larger pieces and fill the spaces with smaller berries and fruits. Mix honey and Greek yogurt and serve it with the fruit platter.

Hot Honey Olives

Gather your ingredients including olives, chili flakes, orange juice, and fennel seeds. Combine assorted olives, a drizzle of olive oil, orange juice and orange zest until the olives are coated. Toast the crushed peppercorns and fennel seeds over medium heat for two minutes. Add the toasted herbs, olive mixture and cook over medium low heat. Simmer the olives while stirring until the mixture thickens. Allow it to cool and transfer it to a serving dish.  Drizzle with VIVAZEN® Honey Go for a delicious treat!

Citrus Berry Smoothie with Honey Drizzle

This refreshing smoothie combines bright citrus and berry flavors with a touch of botanical sweetness. Blend mixed berries, a peeled orange, Greek yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.

Spicy Honey Avocado Toast
